Originally from Alexandria, Virginia, I have lived and worked as an artist in a variety of places before moving to Fredonia, New York in June 2000. With this move to Western New York, the subject matter and style of my paintings shifted from broadly based political works and abstract canvases to regional landscapes that focus on contemporary uses of our environment.
