Your order will be shipped by UPS whenever possible. We will track online your order until it is delivered. At the time of shipment, you will receive by email your UPS tracking number. We shipped UPS Ground, which takes up to 7 days or more to deliver. If Overnight or Second Day Service is needed, please call 888.414.4818. All personalized order will take 15 days for delivery. If delivery is delayed, you will be informed by email or phone.

Yes, we provide free gift wrapping and if required a hand written card for your recipient.
